The Makita EBH253L features the new high performance MM4 4-stroke engine which provides almost the same torque and horsepower as that of a 2 stroke equivalent machine but with the advantages of much lower emissions, 40% less fuel consumption, lower running cost of up to 60%, reduced vibration and lower noise levels which allow the user to operate without disturbing other people.
The EBH253L line trimmer features a twin line head with a cutting diameter of 400mm and a bump feed system to feed extra line. The engine is 24.5cc 4-stroke and is extremely easy to start and with low vibration, low running costs and reduced noise levels this machine is a joy to use. It has a power rating of 710w and a fuel capacity of 0.5 litre which will give ample running time.
This is a fully professional line trimmer suitable for maintenance contractors or those with a small estate or large garden and is supplied with a harness for comfortable use.
