Delivered Damaged, Incorrect or Unwanted Items - We aim for perfection but from time to time things don’t quite go as planned. We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt of delivery and check for any damage to the exterior packaging that may have occurred during transit. If an item is delivered damaged, please inform us within 24hrs of delivery so we can arrange for it to be uplifted and a replacement sent.
If we’ve sent out the wrong item(s) or if you’ve ordered something by mistake, please let us know as quickly as possible. You can return any new and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund and if the fault is ours, we’ll pick it up from your delivery address free of charge too. Refunds can take between 3 - 7 working days to process.
Faulty Item(s) - Most power tool products are subject to a manufacturers warranty which as standard covers the product for 1 year. Often this can be extended by registering the tool with the manufacturer - all warranty info can be found CLICK HERE.
We work very closely with all of the manufacturers to ensure we can resolve customer issues as efficiently as possible and under the guidelines set out to us we are advised to direct any fault items to an authorised repair centre. This is the best way to get a resolution for any faulty item as it can be repaired/replaced by the right people. We are more than happy to facilitate this process and can get you in touch with the repair agents if required. We cannot accept returns of any faulty or damaged products, all power tool products sold are intended for professional usage and as such are not subject to the terms of consumer rights.

We offer a 2 to 3 day delivery to the following postcodes - AB, HS, IV21-28, IV40-49, IV51-56, KA27-28, KW1-5, KW11-17, PA36, PA40-80, ZE and all of Northern Ireland. There are some items we hold in stock at our suppliers premises and these will be clearly marked on the product page as well as on the basket pages.
Deliveries outside the UK mainland are all subject to delivery charges - these charges are clearly specified on our product pages and at the checkout.
As soon as your order is dispatched we will notify you by e-mail. If it is not possible to dispatch your order within the allotted time period or if for any reason it is not possible to fulfil your order we will inform you by email or telephone.
We endeavour to dispatch your goods as above and if any extreme circumstance prevents us from doing this we will let you know. In some cases, there may be circumstances outwith our control which prevent your delivery taking place (traffic problems, bad weather etc). Whereas we take every care to ensure that your product is delivered within the time stated we take no responsibility and will incur no liability for any late delivery or any 3rd party costs.
All deliveries will be made by road transport carrier or by air transport to some countries and will require a signature on delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event of the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the drivers actions e.g. taken to a convenient local collection point, left with a neighbour, details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect from the local parcel company depot. We will only leave your delivery with a neighbour if you specify this in the order delivery note.
Local orders can be collected during office hours at shop in Tullibody. Photographic proof of ID is required at the time of collection and you select ‘in store pickup’ at checkout.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
All local taxes and duty are to be paid by the receiver. SPECIAL NOTICE - For deliveries to Norway there is an additional KR250 Formal Clearance charge. Therefore, to minimise charges, all deliveries to Norway will be delivered in 1 shipment once we have completely packed your order.
